Having hired SUMMIT several times before , I was shocked that I had not reviewed them until today.

We have had Ken & his very polite crew here for Exterior Window Cleaning, Interior Window Cleaning & Multiple Gutter cleaning’s.

Summit is truly at the TOP of their game, with uniformed employees, well trained & licensed.

Plus I love the 24 hour guarantee, if it rains with in 24 hours of your window washing, they will do a rewash at no charge.

What makes today’s cleaning even better is I shot SUMMIT an email last night at 11pm ,requesting an appointment at there convenience, and was in no hurry, yep they came today while I was at Jury Duty & left the bill!

Being a homeowner, one of the horrible tasks you MUST do is clean your gutters. My Husband and I have done it a few times in the past, and it was horrible. It took us all day, and I was worried my ever clumsy Hubs would end up falling off the ladder.

I found Summit’s website and requested a quote. I was promptly called back with a price and I hired him right away. ( Ken was the ONLY gutter cleaner to call me back within a few days, I had people calling me 2 weeks after requesting a quote, Ken called the next business day!)

I have hired Ken to clean my gutters two years in a row, and I will use him over and over again!!

$60 to have someone else clean the gutters, clean up the mess, and NOT have to worry about my Husband getting on a ladder….SOLD!!

The first time I hired him, I was home when he came, and I never heard a peep! ( I was supposed to be at work,, but ended up staying home) I heard the invoice being placed in the door and he was gone! He was done and gone before i knew it!!

This last time I hired him, I received a call letting me know they were done, and I was promptly e-mailed an invoice!

I love his work, and will hire him again and again!! And his prices are very reasonable…if you think about….$60 for saving you a whole days work is not bad at all.

I would highly recommend Summit Window Cleaning for your window and gutter cleaning needs. Ken and his Son did an excellent job cleaning our windows and our gutters. Our windows are shining brighter than they did the day they were installed. Summit is very affordable and Ken breaks down the prices of each service, to allow you to pick which ones you want. We plan on calling Ken back out for our future exterior cleaning needs.

From the very first call, kind, clean and all around the company you would love to deal with. From Karen in the office to Ken and crew in the field you could not ask for a better service! As a house manager of a large estate It is very important to me that they be on time and go the extra mile! I have been using Summit Window Cleaning for 11 years. I began because there was one window (out of the 4 on my condo) which I could not reach from the outside, and was finding difficult to clean from the inside. My neighbor put me in touch with Ken and I have been using Summit ever since for all of the windows. It is wonderful to not have to drag cleaning supplies around and stand on a ladder in flower beds to clean windows, and Ken and his folks are excellent, never a worry and always coming when scheduled.

My neighbor was having their windows done by summit for the third year so I thought I’d call them. Since they were going to literally be in my backyard they were very accommodating to fit me into their schedule on very short notice! I was only able to get the outside windows & screens done but what an awesome job they did!!! They were quick & efficient!!!! Will definitely call again!!!!

The Summit crew cleaned the gutters on our two-story home which had not been cleaned for many years because I foolishly thought that gutter guards would actually work. Thanks to Summit the useless guards are now gone and the gutters work great again. I’ll definitely use them again next fall.
